The House of Craft offers medical cannabis access for qualified patients with valid medical authorization.

Registered medical cannabis patients are welcome to apply for access to our medical program. Medical product availability is expected to begin in January 2026, with applications reviewed manually and handled with care and discretion.

Medical Documentation Submission At this time, medical documentation must be submitted by email. Please email a copy of your valid medical authorization or prescription to: info@thehouseofcraft.ca File requirements: • PDF or image format only (PDF, JPG, PNG) • One document per email • Maximum file size: 5 MB Please include your full name and the email address used in this application in the body of the email so we can match your submission. Documentation is reviewed manually. Submission does not guarantee approval.
